Terms of Service
Last updated October 1, 2026
PinTour is pinball tournament software run by John Mueller (“we”). By creating an account or using PinTour you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself and give us a real email so you can reset it. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account.
Free and paid features
Playing in, joining, following, and running tournaments is free, with a limit on players per tournament. Larger tournaments, series, and event listings require the PinTour Organizer plan or an access key we give out. If your plan ends, those features lock; what you already made stays viewable.
The Organizer plan is a yearly subscription. It renews automatically each year at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancel any time from My Profile → Manage subscription; you keep organizer tools until the end of the year you’ve paid for. If we ever change the price, we’ll tell you before your next renewal. The plan belongs to your account and can’t be transferred. Timed access keys stop working when their time runs out.
Refunds are covered on the Refunds page.
Your content
Organizers own the tournaments they create. You give us permission to store and display that content so PinTour can work — including on public tournament pages anyone with the link can view. Only enter player names and details you’re comfortable having shown at the venue.
Fair use
Don’t use PinTour to harass people, post offensive content, break the law, or overload or attack the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes and availability
PinTour is a small independent project. We’ll work hard to keep it running and to keep your data safe, but the service is provided “as is,” without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Features may change. If we ever shut PinTour down, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice and a way to export your results.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses (like a tournament night going sideways because of an outage), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and mention it in the app.
